Paris Pilates started in Los Angeles in the neighborhood of Silver Lake. It was a place for creative class clients to take classes in a space that was designed to feel like a Parisian apartment. Celebrity instructor Jennifer has choreographed a class structure that moves through a sequence to build strength, lengthen, and tone your entire body.

The studio in Paris 7 is designed for small group classes with maximum attention from Jennifer as well as offering private sessions for the person who needs a different pace or has a specific need.

The classes are taught in English and are 50 minutes long.
