An intense 50 minute class that lengthens, strengthens and tones. Choose your Reformer spot using our reservation system.

• Arrive 10-15 minutes before class
• Pas de Téléphone - No cell phones in class
• No late admittance to class after 5 minutes
• Let your instructor know about any injuries or pregnancy before class begins
• Don’t Snap, Instagram or text in class but, pre or post selfies and stories are always a good idea!

Cancellation Policy: Please remember to cancel your reservation at least 4 hours prior to the class start time.
- Unlimited Members If you cancel under the 4-hour window, you will be charged a $7 fee. If you no-show to class, you will be charged a $14 fee.
- Single Classes Or Class Packages 
If you cancel under the 4-hour window, you will lose the class. If you no-show to class, you will lose the class and be charged a $14 fee.

Waitlist: Add yourself to a class, you will get a notification that you got in via email.

 Spot Selection: You can reserve your favorite reformer when you book your class. Choose your perfect spot in the studio.

 Prenatal Clients: Must send a letter from their dr. prior to taking class.

 Private Sessions: Available after 28 weeks. Private session required to take group class.

 Dogs: We love dogs but, we cannot allow your dog to follow you into class.

 Les Enfants: We also love kids but, we cannot be responsible for watching your children while you are in class.

 All sales final.

Classes are non-transferable and non refundable.
