Facts.

• Arrive 10-15 minutes before class
• You must wear grip socks for class 
• Pas de Téléphone  No cell phones in class
• No late admittance to class after 5 minutes
• Classes are non-transferable and non refundable
• Let your instructor know about any injuries or pregnancy before class begins
• All sales final 

• Don’t Snap, Instagram or text in class but, pre or post selfies and stories are always a good idea

• Prenatal clients: Please email us a letter from your Doctor stating that it is safe for you to do Pilates prior to your class. A private session is required to learn the modifications for pregnancy

• Dogs: We love dogs but, we cannot allow your dog to follow you into class

• Les enfants: We also love kids but, we cannot be responsible for watching your children while you are in class

• Class cancelation: Please remember to cancel your reservation at least 4 hours prior to the class start time.
  - Unlimited Members If you cancel under the 4-hour window, you will be charged a $7 fee. If you no-show to class, you will be charged a $14 fee.
  - Single Classes Or Class Packages 
  If you cancel under the 4-hour window, you will lose the class. If you no-show to class, you will lose the class and be charged a $14 fee

• No show: You will be charged $14 and lose that class for being absent without cancellation

• Waitlist: add yourself to the waitlist and when a spot becomes available, you will be notified via email

• Spot selection: you can reserve your reformer when you book your class. Choose the perfect spot for you in the studio
